关于西里西亚技术大学2026年实习冬令营报名的通知

院属2022-2024级全体同学:

为提高西里西亚智能科学与工程学院国际化人才培养质量,提升学生全球胜任力,学院拟选派2022-202420名本科生赴波兰西里西亚技术大学参加2026年实习冬令营项目。现将有关事项通知如下:

一、报名条件:

1.具有燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院学籍的全日制本科生;

2.热爱祖国,拥护党的领导,思想品德优良,遵纪守法,在校期间无任何违纪处分记录;

3. 学习成绩优良,能顺利完成项目学习任务;

4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力,能全英文参与学术交流与项目实践;

5.满足《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院学生学生出国(境)学习交流资助管理办法》(附件1)中规定的获得资助的基本条件。

二、选拔标准:

学院将对符合报名条件的申请人针对综合测评、英语水平进行量化综合评价,具体占比及计算方法如下:

1.综合测评(占比60%

考察学生在校期间的学业成绩及日常表现,由辅导员提供学生申请前N个完整学期的综合测评成绩之和W,综合测评分Z四舍五入保留两位小数。

考察实际语言应用能力,根据申请人所提供的最高英语成绩证明(CET-4/6、托福、雅思),按下方表格标准进行量化评分E

如出现申请人同分情况,评审小组将按照申请前一类竞赛获奖、全球胜任力学分、专利申请及论文发表顺序择优确定最终名单,申请人需提供相关获奖证书或证明材料作为依据。

三、选拔流程

1.请符合条件的申请人自行填写《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院出国(境)交流项目申请表》(附件2),将申请表(辅导员签字并盖章)、英语水平证明复印件、竞赛获奖证书复印件、全球胜任力学分证明、专利申请材料(受理书、授权书、证书等)及论文发表材料(期刊首页及论文原文复印件)复印件等所有要求的纸质版材料,于12417:30前提交至学院办公室202A,电子版发送至guotong@ysu.edu.cn

2.资格审核

学院办公室将对申请材料的完整性、真实性及学生基本报名资格进行审核。

3.学院评审小组根据选拔标准,对通过资格审核的申请人进行量化评分,计算总成绩,根据总成绩从高到低进行排序,结合项目名额,确定拟资助推荐人选初选名单。

4.名单公示

初选名单将在学院官网进行3个工作日的公示,广泛征求意见。

5.上报与派出

公示无异议后,学院将最终名单上报学校备案,交流学生派出前需与学院签署《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院出国(境)交流学习协议》、《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院学生出国(境)家长承诺书》、《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院学生出国(境)行前告知书》等文件。

四、资助政策

根据《燕山大学西里西亚智能科学与工程学院学生学生出国(境)学习交流资助管理办法》,资助范围包括学生参加本次冬令营项目的一次往返经济舱国际旅费、项目费、保险费及签证费,学生先行垫付以上参加项目的实际费用,完成项目回国后,提交结业证书、完成成果汇报后由学院以奖/助学金形式发放资助。

The winter course Introduction to Mobile   Robotics organised at the Centre for New Technologies of   the Silesian University of Technology is a unique offer for all those who   want to gain a practical and theoretical grounding in one of the most rapidly   developing fields of engineering. The course is aimed at students, graduates   and enthusiasts of new technologies who want to learn the secrets of   designing, prototyping and programming mobile robots.

The scope of the course   covers several key areas:

Fundamentals of   building algorithms and control software: The course will introduce   participants to the world of mobile robot programming in C++. Participants   will learn how to create simple control algorithms, how to implement basic   motion functions and how to integrate the software into the actual robot platform.

The course combines   theory and practice. Participants will not only gain knowledge of design and   programming, but will also have the opportunity to verify their skills while   working on their own mobile robot. Working in small teams will enable the   exchange of experience, the development of engineering competences and   creative solutions to technical problems. Classes will be conducted in modern   laboratories equipped with professional teaching stations and equipment   enabling the full project cycle to be realised - from conception, through   design, to making and testing the robot.

西里西亚技术大学新科技中心组织的“移动机器人入门”冬季课程,是为那些想在工程领域中发展最快的领域之一获得实践和理论基础的人员提供的独特选择。该课程面向学生、毕业生以及新技术爱好者,旨在教授设计、制作原型和编程移动机器人的秘诀。课程涵盖以下几个关键领域:

构建算法和控制软件的基础知识:课程将引导参与者进入移动机器人编程的C++世界。参与者将学习如何创建简单的控制算法、实现基本的运动功能以及如何将软件整合到实际的机器人平台中。

In   this session, students will evaluate Additive Manufacturing Technologies and   Computer-Aided Design-Solidworks: Participants will learn the basics of designing   3D mechanical models, which are essential for creating robot parts and   assemblies. They will learn how to use Solidworks tools to prepare technical   documentation and how to optimise the design for subsequent manufacturing.   Rapid prototyping methods: In a hands-on class, participants will learn how   to use 3D printing and other rapid prototyping techniques to realise their   own designs. They will learn about the process of preparing models for   printing, the principles of material selection and the basics of operating 3D   printers, which will allow them to produce the structural components of a   robot on their own.

实验室工作坊:工业4.0与循环经济和绿色环境中的新技术

During   the classes, students learn about modern technologies used in industry.   Technologies of Industry 4.0, like: cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Cloud   Computing, Printing 3D, Simulation on production lines, Virtual Technology   etc. In addition, they will learn about new standards and procedures for the   green economy, especially ESG requirements. Soft skills and new competences   of Engineer 4.0.. Courses will take place in a modern laboratory prepared by   an external company in the Centre of New Technologies.

The aim of the course is to develop concepts, learning   patterns and systematizing knowledge of laser surface treatment, vocational   skills to find appropriate technological solutions, teaching ways of solving   research problems and thinking in terms of technical through laboratory   exercises, training the students' ability to apply theoretical knowledge in   practice. During the course, there will be lectures about physical fundamentals of generation of laser   radiation, construction and operation of the laser. The technology of forming   the structure and surface properties of engineering materials using laser   radiation. General classification of coating technology and welding methods.   The surface layers formed using laser technology. Surface engineering   technologies for formation the structure and properties of the surface layers   of machine parts.

(二)项目费用

1.项目费用(15883/人):8192兹罗提/人,合人民币约15883/人(以缴费即时汇率为准),包含住宿、接送机、项目费(涉及的教师聘请、课程讲授、实验使用、教学材料、行政支持等支持项目开展的必要费用)。

2其余费用(以下为结合往年经验及相关公告的预估费用,具体信息以实际情况为准,约8960/人):签证费(签证中心及使馆收取):约合560元(60欧元+60元,以缴费即时汇率为准);保险费用:约400元;机票费用:约8000元。

(三)项目收获

1. 顺利完成项目所有内容并通过老师的学生可申请学分置换:

1)机械设计制造及其自动化专业学生可置换第七学期生产实习3学分;

2)电子科学与技术、自动化及软件工程专业学生可置换换生产实习2学分+1学分全球胜任力学分。

2.顺利完成项目所有内容的学生可获西里西亚技术大学颁发的项目结业证书。

3.获得丰富科研经历、拓展国际视野、结交国际友人、体验异国文化、开展英语实战的宝贵机会。
